About the Brewery
Cowaramup Brewing Company Brewing’s craft beer magic happens in our 800 litre brewhouse, imported in 2006 from Diversified Mechanical Engineering, Canada.
From the viewing window at our brewery entrance, visitors can take in the whole brewing process.
The mash tun and kettle live at the front, along with the hot liquor tank. Further back are two x 1600 litre and two x 800 litre fermenters. Our conditioning/serving tanks are in the cool room. Kegging, canning and labelling all happen on site.
Jeremy currently brews 6-7 beers (depending on the season) which include our Cowaramup Pilsener, Hefeweizen, Lightsign Summer Ale, Special Pale Ale, India Pale Ale and Chocolate Porter — our Reggie Mandarina makes a special appearance for the summer season.
