Cowaramup Brewing Company will be hosting an exclusive five course dinner pairing food with the six Cowaramup hand crafted beers.

The evening will be hosted by brewer Jeremy Good. If previous years are anything to go by, it will be a very convivial evening.

Game terrine served with Yallingup woodfired bread
and Brewery tomato & chilli chutney

Scallops, black pudding with pea & mint puree

Venison chorizo croquettes and wasabi mayo

Crispy duck Maryland served with pumpkin, sweet potato & cashew mash, Pilsener battered asparagus and house beer mustard

Chocolate Hazelnut Semifreddo and berry coulis
